By requesting service from Emergency Tow Service Atlanta, you agree to the following terms.
Quotes are provided by phone or in writing before service begins and are based on the situation you describe. If conditions on scene differ materially from the description (for example, a vehicle described as drivable that is in fact stuck or damaged), we will provide a revised quote before performing work. Payment is due on completion of service. We accept major cards, mobile payments, and cash during daytime hours.
We will perform towing and roadside services with professional care using appropriate equipment. You are responsible for accurately describing your vehicle (drivetrain, modifications, condition) so the correct equipment is dispatched. Personal property should be removed from vehicles before towing; we are not responsible for loose items left in vehicles.
We carry commercial insurance appropriate to our operations. Claims for damage must be reported promptly and will be handled through documented condition reports, including the photographs our drivers take before hookup.
You may cancel a service call before the truck arrives at no charge unless otherwise stated when booking. Once a truck is on scene, the service call fee applies.
