How fast can you get a tow truck to me in Atlanta?

Inside the Perimeter we usually land in 30 to 45 minutes, often quicker at night. Rush hour on the Connector or a rain-soaked Friday can stretch that, and if it does, Keisha will tell you the honest number when you call, not a made-up one.

How much does a tow cost in Atlanta?

Do you tow 24 hours a day?

Yes. Nights, weekends, holidays. The 2 a.m. calls are half our business.

My car was towed by the City of Atlanta. Can you get it back?

That is not us, and honestly no private towing company can release it. If your car was towed from a street or city property, it went to the city's contracted impound lot. Call 404-658-7054 or check with Atlanta Police Vehicles for Hire. Bring your ID, proof of ownership and insurance. If your car was towed from a private lot like an apartment complex, the signage in the lot lists the company holding it. What we CAN do is tow the car home or to a shop after you have paid the release fee, and that call we will gladly take.

Will towing damage my car?

Not the way we do it. Anything low, awkward, all-wheel drive or just special goes on a flatbed, and our drivers have been loading cars for years, Otis for more than twenty. Wheel-lift tows are done strictly by the book on vehicles that are safe to tow that way.

Do you take credit cards?

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle and cash during daylight. One quirk: our drivers do not carry cash at night, so after dark it is card or app only. Nobody argues with the reason.
