We're a locally owned towing company that has been pulling Atlanta drivers out of bad days since 2012. No national franchise, no call center in another state, no fleet of subcontractors of unknown quality. Our trucks, our drivers, our dispatch, our reputation riding on every hookup.
Experience-wise, the short version: our lead operator Otis spent over twenty years towing and running line-haul trucks before Darnell talked him into joining, and between the whole crew we've loaded everything from a '67 Impala to a church bus with a dead clutch. That mileage matters. Towing looks simple from the sidewalk, and nearly every expensive mistake in this business is made by someone six months into it.
Atlanta has no shortage of towing companies. A Tow's yellow trucks are everywhere, S&W has run heavy iron out of Tucker for decades, Atlanta Towing Company buys the ads, and AAA will eventually send somebody. Picking one from a shoulder with traffic screaming past is genuinely hard, and we understand why people just tap the first result. All we ask is what we ask every first-time caller: give us one tow. The all-in quote, the honest ETA, the driver who treats your car like his own, that's the whole pitch. It has kept the phone ringing for over a decade.

The Crew
Darnell owns it and still takes night calls when it's busy. Keisha runs dispatch and knows the Perimeter interchanges better than most GPS apps. Otis handles the heavy work and the teaching. Jamal runs the busiest flatbed and holds the unofficial company record for fastest safe low-car load, an honor he awarded himself, which the others dispute. The fleet: two white Ford F-550 rollbacks with the orange stripe, a Ram 5500 wheel-lift, and Big Pete, the Peterbilt 337 that handles anything with a GVWR bigger than its manners.
A Note From Darnell
I drove for one of the big outfits for seven years and got tired of watching dispatch quote people one price and drivers collect another. Ran out of gas myself on Cheshire Bridge in 2011, waited two hours, thought the whole time about how I'd run things different. Started this company the next year with one used rollback I bought at an auction in Forest Park and a rule I've never bent: the price on the phone is the price. My mother lives off Cascade and I tell every driver, tow like it's her car, because one day in this town it will be somebody's mother. That's really the whole business plan.
